Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

For customized products, additional production time is required. Please allow 2–5 business days for design printing and production before the order is shipped.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.


Custom Products

Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, production begins shortly after the order is placed.

Please carefully check your design, text, image, size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customized items require additional production time to ensure the design is printed accurately and with high quality.

Canada & United States
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International Orders
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for selected products or order amounts.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipment is processed by the carrier.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
